A high energy fitness class where the aim is to raise that heart rate through a variety of cardio, body weight and free weight exercises. Each exercise is timed working on 30/45 second countdowns.

A high energy fitness class where the aim is to raise that heart rate and give you an all over body workout. Jen alters the sessions each week and she incorporates a variety of cardio, free weight and body weight exercises. The classes are run outdoors weather depending and pay as you go.
