Jen is a qualified level 3 Personal trainer and an Xpert Trained Level 1&2, 3&4 and Spin Pole instructor. She has a great passion for fitness and wants to help others feel the benefits of building fitness and strength.
Jen has been training in pole fitness for over 6 years. She fell in love with the sport the first time she tried it.
Pole fitness is a great way to build fitness and body confidence. You can start at any fitness level so please get in touch with Jen if you have any questions or would like more information about booking a class. Jen looks forward to welcoming you.
