Jen is a qualified level 3 Personal trainer and an Xpert Trained Level 1&2, 3&4, Heels and Spin Pole instructor. She has a great passion for fitness and wants to help others feel the benefits of building, strength and body confidence through pole fitness.

Jen has been training in pole fitness for over 8+ years. She fell in love with the sport the first time she tried it.
​
Pole is a great way to build up fitness and also body confidence. You can start at any fitness level so please get in touch with Jen if you have any questions or would like more information about booking a class. Jen looks forward to welcoming you.

Classes are held at Middleton near Pickering on a Thursday evening and Scarborough on a Monday and Tuesday.
